About Round 66
Round 66 is operated by Lewis Fawcett, trading as Round 66. Round 66 provides software for managing customers, jobs, rounds, worksheets, payments, debts, expenses and related business administration. This policy explains how personal information is handled when you use the service.
Information we process
We may process account and contact details, business information, subscription and billing references, support communications, and information you enter into Round 66 about your business and customers. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider rather than stored directly by Round 66.
Why we use it and our lawful bases
We process information where it is necessary to provide the Round 66 service and perform our contract with you, to meet legal obligations, and for legitimate interests such as securing and improving the service, preventing misuse, providing support and administering the business. Where consent is required for a particular activity, we will ask for it separately and you may withdraw it.
Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies and similar browser storage to provide core website and application functions. Optional analytics, including Google Analytics when configured, is only enabled after you choose to allow analytics cookies. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the website footer. See our Cookie Policy for more information.
Your business data
You remain responsible for the personal information you enter about your own customers and staff. You should only add information you are entitled to process and should use Round 66 in accordance with applicable data-protection law.
Service providers, transfers and retention
We use service providers to host the application, deliver emails and process subscriptions and payments. This may involve providers processing information outside the UK; where applicable, we rely on appropriate safeguards required by data-protection law. We retain information while an account is active and afterwards only for as long as reasonably needed for legal, accounting, security, dispute-resolution and backup purposes. Account owners can request permanent account deletion from the Membership area.
Your rights and complaints
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal information, to data portability, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Contact us if you want to exercise a data-protection right. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office if you are unhappy with how your personal information is handled.
